Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide security strategy to protect sensitive data and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical assets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain effective security controls, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the governance of cryptographic technologies, including key and certificate lifecycle management, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and enforce security standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.
  2. Manage the enterprise-wide inventory of security assets, including keys, certificates, and HSMs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure implementation of security controls.
  4. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for security operations.

Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including PKI, TLS, HSMs, and certificate/key lifecycle management.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale security programs across complex, global environments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) and their security requirements.
- Experience with cloud-native security services (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
