Private Equity Fund Accounting Leader

The role involves leading and supporting the Private Equity Fund Accounting team in delivering accurate NAVs, valuations, and regulatory reporting to clients.

  • Manage workloads, review outputs, and assist in leading the team.
  • Deliver accurate financial reports to agreed deadlines.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, investors, and auditors.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving systems and processes.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture while maintaining high client service standards.

Required qualifications include a professional accounting certification with 5+ years of post-qualification experience. Additionally, expertise in Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS is necessary. Experience in Fund Accounting/Private Equity is also required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
