Job Title: Night Supervisor

The Hodson Bay Hotel is seeking a skilled Night Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours.

Job Description

This role involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift in the absence of the Night Manager.

The Night Supervisor will also be required to manage late check-ins and early check-outs with efficiency and professionalism, conduct regular security and fire checks to ensure guest safety, handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.

In addition, the Night Supervisor will supervise the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and event spaces for the following day, monitor cleanliness standards across all public areas and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Night Supervisor in a 4-star hotel is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
