Job Description

This challenging role requires an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of data centre fit out projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial/mission critical fit out and be confident in delivering high-value projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements
  • Oversight of project delivery, taking ownership and working closely with clients, direct staff, and subcontractors
  • Liaison with design teams to ensure works are completed according to programme
  • Report to and support Contracts Directors and Construction Directors for smooth project completion
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Fit Out Contractor
  • Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €10 M
  • Background in commercial fit out/data centre fit out (desirable)
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint
  • Excellent IT skills and good digital visual presentational skills
