Accounting Firm Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Practice Manager to lead our accounting firm's daily operations.
This role involves overseeing team workflows, ensuring timely delivery of work, and reviewing financial statements.
- Manage day-to-day activities and team performance
- Supervise and review financial reports, tax returns, and client accounts
- Lead audits for small companies and CLGs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Guide junior staff and assess their work quality
- Promote business growth and development
- Manage billing, workflow, and debt collection
AACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in an accountancy practice Proven management skills and knowledge of Irish accounting standards Experience auditing small companies and CLGs essential Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
