3D Model Co-ordinator

A highly skilled and motivated individual is required to manage the production of multi-discipline coordinated models, drawings and schedules within a multidisciplinary design environment.
About the RoleThis role places a strong focus on model-based delivery and the effective use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to support project teams. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and other design professionals to ensure that models are accurate, well-coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the production of multi-discipline coordinated models, drawings and schedules
- Align design development with the project BIM execution plan which would include regular coordination and model checks and sharing of model data throughout the design team
- Liaise between Mechanical & Electrical Designers and Civil & Structural Designers
- Attend and contribute to model coordination meetings, maintaining model integrity and ensuring design intent is reflected accurately
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Familiarity with key digital construction principles, innovation, and emerging BIM technologies
- Working to timelines in a project environment
- Ability to work off their own initiative but also as part of a project team
