We are seeking a skilled Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team.

Job Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to individuals with complex mental health needs.

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each individual's requirements.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions and group interventions to promote positive outcomes.

This role includes maintaining accurate records, contributing to service reports, and participating in the development of the service.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to professional standards, staying up-to-date with industry developments, and promoting a culture of empathy and respect.

Key Qualifications:

  • Recognised postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, working with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Mental Health difficulties.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
  • A valid driving licence is required for the position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine respect for diversity and individuality.
