Job Overview

This role is focused on leading the on-site health and safety agenda, ensuring that all operations meet regulatory and internal standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing design drawings, managing RFIs, and maintaining close collaboration with the design team to resolve issues promptly.

Key responsibilities include overseeing subcontractor coordination, testing, and commissioning timelines, as well as driving timely project delivery and maintaining rigorous quality control procedures.

In addition, this position involves implementing and monitoring DMS systems and BCAR compliance, as well as managing stakeholder relationships, including utility providers and local authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering (HETAC Level 8) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. Proven ability to meet demanding programme and quality standards is essential.
