Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home and community setting, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- This role requires the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, making decisions and taking initiative when necessary.
- A valid driver's license is required, as travel may be involved.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Paediatric experience is desirable
- Epilepsy care skills
- Enteral feeding care skills
- Assisted mobility care skills
- Anaphylaxis management skills
- Holisitic care skills
