**Job Title:** Process Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our operations teams, ensuring seamless document management and workflow execution.

  • Provide expert-level document review, approval, and system workflow expedition services
  • Format, write, deliver, and review necessary documentation in line with standard approval processes
  • Facilitate others to do so

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Science, Engineering, or other Technical discipline
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and experience with document management systems
  • Excellent report, standards, and policy writing skills
  • Equipment and process validation expertise
  • Sterile filling processes and equipment knowledge
  • Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience is desirable
