The role of a crew controller is to oversee the management of crew resources within the Operations Control Centre. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date crew rosters, ensuring operational continuity, and effectively managing disruptions to individual schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining all crew rosters in a timely manner.
  2. Ensuring operational continuity and adequate crewing of flights.
  3. Monitoring and managing disruptions to individual schedules.
  4. Providing management with regular reports.
