Job Opportunity:

A Crew Manager position has become available in our Operations Control Centre. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the growth and expansion of Europe's Largest Airline.

  • The successful candidate will ensure that crew members adhere to flight time regulations
  • Monitor and record crew absenteeism & punctuality
  • Develop solutions to everyday crewing issues
  • Assist in creating efficient operational strategies

This is a shift-based role with rotation shifts, including night shifts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills:
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proficiency in computer software (MS Word, Excel would be beneficial)
