Airline Crew Scheduler

We are currently recruiting for a Crew Controller to join our Operations Control Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our flights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking crew flight duties, ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits, accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality, developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems, assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions, and any other duties as requested by Operations Control management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good telephone manner
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel would be an advantage)
