We are looking for a skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, marketing, and digital strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate leads, nurture client relationships, and enhance our brand presence online.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a quarterly sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Cary out and monitor the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, providing regular updates on progress and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth through market research, lead generation, and analysis of industry trends.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Plan, create, and carryout digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize our website for SEO, improving visibility and driving organic traffic.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
  • Manage the company CRM.
  • Present product demos to prospective clients, working with senior management to tailor presentations to specific needs.
  • Organize and support sales meetings, including preparing presentations, demos, minutes, follow-up emails, and quotes.
  • Respond to inbound marketing queries from the website and LinkedIn, using established templates where appropriate.
  • Maintain oversight of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate communication with customers at each stage, from initial contact through to closing deals.
  • Update and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, email templates, and case studies, ensuring they reflect the latest product offerings and brand messaging.
Requirements:
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
  • The ability to build relationships with clients and work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
  • A highly organized individual with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
  • A Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in digital marketing, sales, and business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • A highly motivated, deadline-driven, and a team player.
