Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
This is a high-profile, client-facing role requiring proven sales acumen and coaching skills to engage clients and drive team performance. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of agency specialists supporting and scaling strategic agencies and advertisers.
- Lead a high-performing team of agency specialists to manage KPIs, ensure deliverables exceed targets, and revenue is achieved.
- Identify strategic areas for growth and develop strategies to increase productivity and success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing agency environments, paid media, ads, and sales of the latest online marketing trends. Fluency in French and English is also required.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day team management: Weekly 1:1's, performance management, people management, staff resourcing, coaching, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provides leadership, support, and development to team members, leveraging their strengths.
