Role Overview

A Digital Marketing Team Manager is required to lead a dynamic team in the social media advertising space.

The successful candidate will coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.

This leadership role plays a key part in impactful social media partnerships, helping businesses grow brand visibility, boost product sales, and scale advertising impact through innovative ad solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client-facing teams engaged with agencies, demonstrating strong sales acumen while coaching your team to exceed expectations.
  • Drive operational excellence by creating scalable programs and optimizing workflows.
  • Act as a primary stakeholder in client relationships representing internal and external meetings.
  • Provide regular team leadership through 1:1s, performance reviews, pipeline forecasting, and daily coaching.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team management or leadership role with focus on digital marketing and strategic agencies.
  • Proven track record in managing large advertisers or agency clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and agency business models.
  • Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
