The ideal candidate will lead a team of account managers focused on supporting strategic agencies and their clients.

You'll play a key leadership role in one of our most impactful social media partnerships – helping businesses grow brand visibility, boost product sales, and scale their advertising impact through innovative ad solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in a client-facing role—engaging agencies and demonstrating strong sales acumen while coaching your team to exceed expectations.
  • Manage operational excellence by creating scalable programs, optimizing workflows, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  • Act as a primary stakeholder in our client's social media agency business, representing the agency segment in internal and external meetings.
  • Provide regular team leadership through 1:1s, performance reviews, pipeline forecasting, and daily coaching.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in team lead or team manager role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing and strategic agencies.
  • A proven track record in managing large advertisers or agency clients.
  • A strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and agency business models.
  • Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in client-facing settings.
