Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive KPIs and revenue targets to consistently exceed goals.
  • Enhance team productivity and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Identify, recruit, and hire top talent to build a high-performance sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide actionable feedback.
  • Maintain client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure they are met.
