Sales Team Lead Big 6 Agency- French
We are seeking an experiencedSales Team Leadto coach and lead a high-performing team of Agency Account Managers within the digital marketing space.
This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and proven experience working with agencies and large advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers focused on scaling agency partnerships and advertiser relationships.
Drive KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring the team consistently exceeds goals.
Improve team productivity and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Coach and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding client service.
Identify, recruit, and hire top talent to build a high-performance sales team.
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide actionable feedback.
Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a sales team lead or management role.
Strong expertise in digital marketing and a deep understanding of the agency landscape.
Demonstrated success managing teams working with large agencies and advertisers.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Experience recruiting and building high-performance sales teams.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Candidates who have acted as team leads or interim managers are encouraged to apply.
