Job Description:

The role of Cluster Digital Marketing Manager is a key position within our organization's central marketing function. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day digital marketing activities for a cluster of our unique and market-leading hotels. This includes managing the overall digital marketing output and online performance for each hotel, as well as implementing digital marketing strategies to communicate offers and drive ROI through the hotels' websites.

Key responsibilities include monitoring performance and liaising with third-party partners and hotel stakeholders to improve performance, managing digital marketing budgets and spends for each hotel, and working closely with the Group Digital Marketing Manager and Group Director of Digital Strategy & Marketing on overall marketing strategy and digital direction for the hotels.

The successful candidate must have direct website and marketing experience, with a strong understanding of website journeys and PPC/SEO. Excellent levels of personal motivation, confidence, ambition, and proactivity are also required. The ideal candidate will be driven by success and seeking out challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years' digital marketing and e-commerce experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hotel industry experience preferred.
  • Direct experience in updating websites and a clear understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, PPC, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders in a multi-business environment.
