Job Summary:

A seasoned Digital Marketing Professional is required to lead a high-performing team in Dublin.

This key role involves managing a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring deliverables are exceeded and revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead through demonstration, engaging clients and demonstrating high levels of sales acumen while coaching your team to raise the bar.
  • Manage KPIs and ensure operational excellence across the team.
  • Identify strategic areas of opportunity to drive increased productivity and success.
  • Develop, coach, and manage your team to ensure optimum individual and team performance.
  • Day-to-day team management: weekly 1:1s, performance management, people management, staff resourcing, coaching, and beyond.

About You:

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing agency environment, paid media, Ads, and sales of the latest trends associated with online marketing.
