Investment Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled investment portfolio manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing investments through their entire lifecycle: underwriting, due diligence, closing, management and disposition.

Key responsibilities include leading financial and lessee due diligence, leveraging technical, legal and commercial functions to manage investments, liaising with lenders and negotiating credit documentation, working with the commercial team to develop key terms and conditions of aircraft purchases, sales and leases, coordinating and producing marketing materials, providing investor relation services for debt capital markets investors, calculating and monitoring investment performance across the existing portfolio, and supporting senior management with analyses and materials.

  • Manage investments through their lifecycle: underwriting, due diligence, closing, management and disposition
  • Lead financial and lessee due diligence

  • Liaise with lenders and negotiate credit documentation
  • Work with the commercial team to develop key terms and conditions of aircraft purchases, sales and leases

  • Calculate and monitor investment performance across the existing portfolio
  • Support senior management with analyses and materials

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in investment banking, equity research or private equity
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong financial modelling experience
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written communication and presentational skills
