We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this individual will be responsible for delivering technical assistance at customer sites and providing documentation to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site technical support and maintenance services for medical equipment
  • Repair and check electronic / mechanical products
  • Complete annual checks and calibrations according to regulatory requirements
  • Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records and access technical information
  • Meet service contract obligations through planned maintenance and technical training
  • Perform installations and upgrades of medical systems on customer sites
  • Maintain thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
  • Ensure traceability of all field-based medical products through reporting tools

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in engineering or medical electronics, combined with good mechanical skills
  • Adequate IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Experience in a medical field-based position, preferably in a hospital environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers to drive brand loyalty
