
Medical Equipment Technician

**Job Overview:**
The primary goal of this position is to ensure professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on medical products while maintaining compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications.
This role involves delivering technical assistance at customer sites and providing documentation to internal and external customers. It requires strong analytical problem-solving skills, collaboration, and dedication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and repair electronic/mechanical medical products
- Complete annual checks and calibrations as per MDR regulations
- Utilize software and technological tools for record-keeping and accessing technical information
- Assist in product recalls, field safety notices, and field action notices
- Fulfill service contracts with planned maintenance
- Deliver technical training to internal and external customers
- Install Stryker systems at customer sites
- Perform software and hardware upgrades
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (medical electronics and camera technology or relevant experience)
- Adequate IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in a medical field-based position
- Good mechanical skills and experience in medical electronics
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
