Occupational Health and Safety Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees, contractors, and clients on construction projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the project manager and health and safety supervisor to maintain and update health and safety policies and procedures.
- Liaise regularly with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety training programs to raise awareness amongst management and labour forces.
- Coordinate and manage health and safety records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in construction.
- NEBOSH certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
