Job Overview:

  • Create and develop detailed project plans that include interdependencies, timelines, and key milestones for the project.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of large-scale new product introduction manufacturing projects within an API facility on-site.
  • Develop comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk mitigation strategies into project plans and execute them effectively.
  • Regularly communicate identified risks to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate projects' adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, capital expenditure projects, finance, quality control, supply chain, and global ownership functions, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve cost-effective and timely project completion.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Requires extensive experience in lead project manager roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with new product introductions is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of API processes is preferred.
