Accommodation Team Member

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accommodation Team Member to join our team.

  • Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas in line with company procedures.
  • Service and clean public areas including public toilets, reception, conference, function rooms.
  • Check equipment in public areas and bedrooms, reporting any issues to the housekeeping office.
  • Respond to general enquiries and guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain departmental stores in a neat and tidy fashion at all times.
