Role Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. This includes seating and serving guests, responding to their requests and queries, and delivering exceptional service standards at all times. You will also be required to familiarize yourself with our menu and answer any questions guests may have. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking orders and communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff, as well as ensuring that orders are delivered efficiently and safely.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working in a similar environment, preferably in a 4-star setting within the hotel, leisure or hospitality industry. You should also possess basic food hygiene knowledge, accurate and efficient cash handling skills, and a high standard of personal presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a confident and outgoing personality, are essential. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, courteous and pleasant towards guests and colleagues, and able to work well under pressure.
