About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping businesses grow.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management or related areas such as sales, customer service, or advertising agencies.
  • You will be responsible for establishing, owning, and managing an expanding portfolio of direct customers, focusing on driving revenue via account planning, product adoption, education, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with clients, develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to identify trends and enhance customer support processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Product Adoption: Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities and trends in client verticals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
  • Fluency in English.
