Supply Planning Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Planning Manager to join our team. As a Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for translating network plans into short-term replenishment plans and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure inventory is maintained within healthy ranges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather data and insights that inform supply planning decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in supply planning processes.
  • Communicate complex supply planning concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, including 5 years in a leadership role.
