Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a Director of Human Resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our HR strategy, workforce planning, and implementation of effective performance management systems.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Leading the recruitment and selection process for senior level positions.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a government administration setting.
  • Proven expertise in HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
