Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a payroll specialist position within our dynamic organization. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with strong previous end-to-end payroll experience, looking to work across a diverse client portfolio and provide expert knowledge of UK payroll processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our supportive team and report to the payroll manager to ensure agreed deadlines are met and all queries are answered.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of UK payroll processes and procedures, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • The individual will contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in end-to-end payroll is essential for this role.
  • Recent experience within a high-performing payroll function, preferably within a leading firm or bureau, is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • A good working knowledge of UK payroll processes is necessary.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team is crucial.
