About the Role

This is a highly skilled position requiring extensive experience in PeopleSoft Financials, with a strong focus on delivering high-impact optimization projects using the latest PeopleSoft image releases.

As a Senior PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping solutions for major clients and influencing finance transformation journeys.

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, mapping business processes to system solutions, identifying gaps and solutions, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent consulting skills, a deep understanding of PeopleSoft Finance, including current features, and good breadth of knowledge across the Finance application, with specific areas of expertise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-impact optimization projects using the latest PeopleSoft image releases
  • Shape solutions for major clients and influence finance transformation journeys
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Map business processes to system solutions, identifying gaps and solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
  • Extensive experience in PeopleSoft Financials
  • Strong functional depth in PeopleSoft Finance
  • Knowledge of UK finance practices, including banking processes
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to map business processes to system solutions, identifying gaps and solutions
