Young People Support Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people referred by Tusla who are unable to live with their families.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and receive extensive training to support the development, health, and wellbeing of the young people through a shift rota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting young people in care settings
- Working collaboratively with other professionals
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Assisting with daily living tasks
Requirements:
- Qualification at Level 7 or above, meeting CORU registration criteria as a Social Care Worker
- Full manual driving license valid in Ireland
