Drive-Thru Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our drive-thru team as a Full Time Shift Supervisor. As a successful candidate, you will play a key role in shaping the future leaders of our stores and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position requiring availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Deliver world-class customer service by acting with a customer-first attitude and connecting with customers.
  2. Store Operations: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  3. Product Quality: Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
  4. Health and Safety: Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  5. Team Development: Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a drive-thru or as a barista (not essential)
  • A real positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
