Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to develop mechanical designs, drawings, and 3D models that meet project requirements and standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop mechanical designs, drawings, and 3D models under guidance to meet project requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the integration of mechanical systems into project designs.
  • Perform calculations and simulations to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of technical documentation to ensure alignment with codes and standards.
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have at least three years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer with knowledge of Irish consultancy practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD is required, and experience with Revit is beneficial.
