About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join our client's team as a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to senior management, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, technical analysis, and commercial transaction support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly financial close process, including reporting and variance analysis.
- Support quarterly asset impairment reviews and expected credit loss (ECL) assessments.
- Contribute to consolidated management reporting for the Head Office.
- Represent the Finance function on commercial deal teams.
- Prepare technical accounting papers and semi-annual disclosures.
- Maintain and enhance finance systems, documentation, and internal controls.
Requirements:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA).
- At least 4 years of post-qualified experience, preferably in aircraft leasing or a Big 4 firm.
- Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
