We are seeking an exceptional medical administrator to join our radiology team in Limerick City, Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding care in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and confirming radiology appointments, serving as the first point of contact for patients and families, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and managing appointment-related queries, updating patient records and internal booking systems, working closely with radiology and clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, providing consistent, compassionate support to patients and their families throughout their visit, and assisting Radiographers and acting as a chaperone if required.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, previous experience in medical administration or a healthcare setting, a calm and caring nature, high attention to detail and accuracy under pressure, and flexibility and adaptability.
