The Role Overview

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract working Monday to Friday. All school holidays are fully paid, offering a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils identified on the Learning Support and More Able Pupil (MAP) registers.
  • Provide differentiated support tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress in collaboration with teaching staff.
  • Encourage a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 5 Certificate in Special Educational Needs Assistance or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with additional needs and/or English as an Additional Language is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills adapted to student needs.
  • Sound knowledge of inclusive education practices, relevant legislation, and safeguarding.
