Job Description

As a Senior Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Business Partnership team. This leadership position involves overseeing multiple projects, collaborating with specialists across various disciplines, and ensuring best-in-class delivery across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the account portfolio, partnering with senior leadership, leading client communications, and mentoring junior team members. Additionally, you will oversee team workflow, support strategic development of client relationships, manage budgets and invoicing, and ensure client needs are met with insight, creativity, and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience leading complex, integrated projects
  • Deep knowledge of creative development and production workflows
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage resourcing and workflow across multiple departments
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in a creative, digital, or brand-side marketing environment
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
