We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to lead a nationwide team of sales professionals.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a nationwide team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to take their career to the next level.
Requirements- Proven experience managing and developing a sales team with a strong track record of achieving sales growth and commercial targets.
- Excellent people leadership skills – able to inspire, coach and drive accountability in a dynamic sales environment.
