Leisure Attendant Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a skilled Leisure Attendant to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic leisure centre environment, providing classes and activities that inspire and motivate members. As a Leisure Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, delivering engaging classes, and providing valuable feedback to help members achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swim and fitness classes that motivate and inspire our members.
  • Maintain a fun and inclusive environment for customers.
  • Provide valuable feedback to help members develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications such as RLSS Pool Lifeguard or IWS Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
  • STA, IWS or SI Swim Teacher qualifications or NCEHS / NCEF Fitness Instructor Qualification.
  • Positive attitude, genuine passion for helping people, and previous experience in instructing classes.
  • Flexible working hours and fluent English.
