We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact patient care
- Advanced nursing degree (MSc or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a nurse manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
