We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Services Manager to lead our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of all aspects of operational delivery, including staff supervision, service development, and quality assurance.

This is a key leadership role, requiring strong operational and general management competencies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management or supervisory roles within health or social care, with a strong understanding of HIQA regulations and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and direct operational staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service outcomes and meet the needs of our clients.
  3. Ensure that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care and support.
  4. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Managers and other external partners.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A third-level qualification or equivalent (NFQ8) in Health and Social Care.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles within health or social care.
  • Health and Social Care Managers Qualification.
  • Experience as a leader with strong operational and general management competency.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
