Job Description
As a Hotel Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. You will be the point of contact for guests and staff alike, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise. Your strong leadership skills and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
