Product Visionary:

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for guiding the development of innovative products that transform how we manage risk and serve our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features based on customer needs and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing the product vision and communicating it to the team
  • Overseeing all stages of the product development process
  • Building the product roadmap and product backlog with the team
  • Managing the prioritization of features and user stories
  • Ensuring user stories are ready for development and have correct acceptance criteria
  • Working with users to understand their needs
  • Monitoring user reaction to new releases and ensuring business value is achieved from product capabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Master's degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years experience as a product owner in the industry
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
  • Technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise
  • Gen AI experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
