Key Role in European Operations

Job Description:

  • Monitor and process incoming funds to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues in new and existing markets.
  • Clarify client instructions and coordinate with the front office team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payment operations or settlement roles in Europe, preferably within fintech, financial services, and/or banking.
  • Knowledge of EU, EA, and global payment systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong delivery mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and able to adapt to changing priorities.
