Job Description:
Risk Assessment is a critical function within our organization, ensuring the integrity of our financial services and safeguarding our clients' interests. We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of risk management principles, with experience in conducting thorough due diligence investigations and analyzing complex financial data. A strong research background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings persuasively are essential qualities for this role.

Our Senior Risk Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Conducting enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), high-risk jurisdictions, and complex corporate structures.
  • Analyzing beneficial ownership structures to identify ultimate beneficial owners and control relationships.
  • Evaluating source of wealth and source of funds information for high-net-worth individuals and entities.
  • Performing adverse media screening and assessing reputational and financial crime risks.
  • Preparing detailed, well-documented reports with clear risk assessments and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Law, Accounting, or Information Systems, or comparable work experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in brokerage or corporate banking.
- Relevant financial crime qualification (e.g., ICA or ACAMS) is a must.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong research, investigatory, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make risk-based recommendations and articulate them persuasively.
- Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
