We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Engineer to join our team at TN Ireland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality facility management services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing technical expertise to promote best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance activities under the IFM contract, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with external contractors involved in facility maintenance, ensuring their work meets the required quality standards and aligns with corporate regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership in facility maintenance, driving process improvements and promoting best practices.
  • Develop and implement technical systems, processes, and strategies for effective facility management, enhancing overall performance and efficiency.
  • IDentify failure modes and develop mitigation strategies within the IFM maintenance program, ensuring reliability and minimizing downtime.
  • Ensure site compliance with corporate standards and guidelines for facility management, upholding high standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate the governance team for IFM outsourced services, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Establish key performance metrics for facilities services, tracking progress and driving continuous improvement.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Site HSE Team to ensure site compliance with IFM requirements.
  • Lead event investigations, CAPA, and change control processes within the facility management team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Develop and lead the asset management strategy, collecting and analyzing data on asset condition, maintenance costs, reliability, risk, and obsolescence.
  • Drive the development of recapitalization plans for facility management areas, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Identify and propose cost-saving initiatives, promoting a culture of innovation and efficiency.
  • Serve as the User Rep for large-scale re-capitalization projects associated with facility management areas.
