We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and assistance to residents, adhering to individual care plans and instructions from management.
  • Ensure the principles of dignity, privacy, choice, safety, realising potential, and equality and diversity are reflected in the service provided.
  • Advise the Social Care Manager of any changes in the young people's needs, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Support young people in accessing information, enabling them to make informed choices about their lives.
Requirements
  • A minimum Level 7 qualification in Applied Social Care or a related field (e.g., Nursing, Psychology, Teaching, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Social Work, Social Sciences, or Youth and Community Work).
  • Thorough knowledge of social care principles and practices, with a focus on person-centred and outcome-focused approaches.
  • Full Driving License for travel between locations.
